Litigation
When the firm initially formed, we exclusively worked in the area of civil litigation, handling primarily personal injury, worker's compensation and fraud cases. Although we have expanded and diversified to become more of a full-service firm handling a variety of matters, the majority of our work remains in the area of civil litigation.
The litigation section of the firm is comprised of five attorneys working on a broad range of cases, ranging from the simplest of worker's compensation cases to complex class action fraud litigation. Using state of the art computer hardware and software technology, our attorneys and staff take a team approach to cases. Consequently, we have earned a reputation as being thorough and vigorous advocates for our clients.
